JORNADA MUNDIAL POR LA JUVENTUD, LA PAZ, LA LITERATURA Y LA EDUCACIÓN,
En pasados días, reunidos en la blanca Mérida, Yucatán, en un ambiente de hermandad, donde se destacaron por sus valores positivos y la armonía, las enormes expresiones literarias, poéticas y educativas de escritores, académicos y artistas. Fueron de gran soporte en el evento y desde Yucatán, México, Latinoamérica y los diferentes lugares de procedencia los grandes anfitriones, el Abogado Andrés Bazán Aguilar, Elsie Margarita Bazán Borges, Arturo Becerra Bazán y Karina Roque Quiroz, avalados por la experiencia, logística y programación de la Arq. Dra. Jeanette Tiburcio Márquez CEO UNAccc Latinoamérica y el Caribe y de la Federación Global de Liderazgo y Alta Inteligencia, junto a los grandes académicos, el Dr. José Roque Quintero, el Maestro Carlos Martínez Plata y la Ing. Concepción Quiroz Téllez, con cobertura total de Cabina 11 Cadena Global y su director ejecutivo el Arq. Paulo Araujo Ramírez, para generar una gran Jornada por la juventud, la paz, la literatura y la educación, en el marco del 50 Aniversario del Benemérito Centro Universitario Felipe Carrillo Puerto que abrió las puertas a la activa comunidad de visitantes de la Federación Global de Liderazgo y Alta Inteligencia y la UNAccc de México, Latinoamérica y el Caribe.
Mérida es una tierra de creación, de talento, de belleza ancestral, donde cada acción cuenta, y entre el mar y la selva, Mérida brilla y seguirá brillando por siempre para la humanidad. La Federación Global de Liderazgo y Alta Inteligencia de acuerdo a sus estatutos constitutivos, conjuntamente con el Centro de Estudios sobre la Mujer de la Academia Nacional de Historia y Geografía, patrocinada por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Barra Literaria Alí Chumacero, Mil Mentes por México, UNAccc Latam, la Academia Mundial de Literatura, Historia, Arte y Cultura, declararon el Nombramiento de: Universidad Benemérita dictado para el Centro Universitario Felipe Carrillo Puerto, en el Marco de los 50 años de Fundación, Se instauraron importantes capítulos del Claustro de la Federación Global de Liderazgo y Alta Inteligencia, destacando el Capítulo Yucatán, Baja California, Campeche, Oaxaca, Tamaulipas, Costa Rica y Brasil.
Asimismo, entre las grandes presentaciones poéticas y literarias, intervenciones educativas y de desarrollo humano, se otorgó en Grado Fundador Yucatán a las siguientes personalidades: al Ing. José Alfredo Salas Mazún, el Doctorado Honoris Causa en Liderazgo Global, a la Mtra. Elsie Margarita Bazán Borges, Doctorado Honoris Causa en Educación para la Paz y Liderazgo Global, al Abogado Pedro Sierra Lira, Doctorado Honoris Causa en Literatura, al Lic. Cesáreo Enrique Arellano Aponte, Doctorado Honoris Causa en Liderazgo Global, al Dr. José Liborio Marín Cupul, Doctorado Honoris Causa en Liderazgo Global. Y a la Maestra Socorrito Cortés Mayorga Capítulo Morelos, Entregado en Ausencia el Doctorado Honoris Causa en Literatura, Grado Fundador Morelos. Y para que el mundo reconozca desde México hasta la India, se presenta la siguiente Declaratoria, como resultado de los trabajos y esfuerzos de grandes escritores, poetas, músicos y artistas, presentados en esta Jornada Mérida 2024. Denominada la “Declaración de Mérida, que será llevada al mundo como un Decálogo por la Paz desde la Federación Global de Liderazgo y Alta Inteligencia y los organismos adheridos.”
DECLARACIÓN DE MÉRIDA CIUDAD DE PAZ Y JUVENTUDES, a través del siguiente
DECÁLOGO POR LA PAZ:
1.Fomentar el diálogo Intergeneracional. Promover la comunicación abierta y respeto entre las diferentes generaciones y sus culturas respectivas. La escucha activa, traducida en la implementación de un modelo solución, como clave para construir la paz.
2. Incluir a la Juventud en la toma de decisiones. Estimular programas académicos de becas para profesionalización y educación continua, así como nuevas propuestas de formación, para una toma de decisiones desde el conocimiento, en el fortalecimiento de la participación activa de los jóvenes en asuntos sociales, políticos, educativos y culturales, promoviendo su voz, como activos agentes de cambio.
3. Acceso Universal a la Educación. Asegurar que jóvenes, adultos y adultos mayores tengan acceso a una educación de calidad, profesionalización, educación y capacitación continua, sin importar su origen, género o situación económica.
4. Educación para la Paz. Incorporar en los programas educativos valores de paz, tolerancia y resolución de conflictos, formando ciudadanos responsables y conscientes.
5. Fomentar la empatía y el respeto. Educar en la diversidad y la inclusión, enseñando a los jóvenes a valorar y respetar las diferencias entre personas.
6. Promover el pensamiento crítico. Incentivar a los jóvenes a cuestionar, analizar y formarse opiniones fundamentadas, para construir un mundo más justo, ético y sustentable.
7. Desarrollar habilidades para la vida. Ofrecer programas que enseñen habilidades emocionales y sociales, preparando a la juventud para los retos tecnológicos del mundo actual, modelos STEAM que permitan escalar de forma multigrado.
8. Incentivar el Voluntariado y el Servicio Comunitario. Promover la participación de los jóvenes en proyectos que beneficien a sus comunidades, fomentando su sentido de pertenencia y valores de responsabilidad social.
9. Crear espacios seguros. Establecer entornos educativos que protejan a los jóvenes de la violencia y les generen espacios para el arte, la literatura, la poesía y la ciencia, garantizando su bienestar y desarrollo en un ambiente de paz y unidad.
10. Colaboración global, a partir de los Parlamentos Mundiales de la juventud y diferentes encuentros y vinculaciones, generando redes seguras para las nuevas generaciones, donde se fomenten las alianzas entre gobiernos, organizaciones, jóvenes a nivel global para enfrentar juntos los desafíos comunes y construir un futuro pacífico y sustentable.
Esta Declaratoria de Mérida, a través del DECÁLOGO, busca inspirar acciones concretas y compromisos entre nuestros asociados y comunidades en la construcción de un mundo de paz, impulsando el potencial de la juventud, a través de la comunicación efectiva y la educación.
Con la participación de la Banda Militar de la X Región Militar en Yucatán, el Dr. Manuel Evia Peón, Gran Custodio de la Bandera de la Paz, hizo entrega de la insignia para que estuviera presente en todos los actos de esta gran Jornada Mérida 2024, sumándose la figura de paz desde argentina de la custodia embajadora de Paz la Dra. Graciela Kraft a esta gran jornada, en la que se presentaron Foros literarios, rondas poéticas, pasarela de bellísima indumentaria local y danzas yucatecas originales, con un espléndido Teatro Libertad, abarrotado en sus 500 butacas, cada día por la comunidad Felipista y los líderes globales de la Federación Global de Mil Mentes por México, que prepararon más de 60 participaciones en escena al día, entre ellos destacan los líderes: Francisco Ramírez Sánchez, Beatriz Saavedra Gastélum, Carlos Martínez Plata, Karla G. Sánchez, Mónica Ortíz Álvarez, Ivonne Moreno Uscanga y personalidades como Federico Acosta Ruíz Peinado y María del Rocío Godínez Gutíerrez, Juan Carreón, Lyzzette Tiburcio Márquez, Raquel Aguillón de la Fundación Chi, la Dra. Con gran honor fueron nombradas las presidencias de la Academia de Juventudes de Oaxaca y de Tamaulipas, a cargo de los grandes embajadores de la juventud, Andrés Ortíz y Shmeimi Chi Aguillón.

Jeanette Tiburcio Márquez, por su destacada trayectoria filantrópica, académica y literaria.
WORLD DAY FOR YOUTH, PEACE, LITERATURE AND EDUCATION,
In recent days, gathered in white Mérida, Yucatán, in an atmosphere of brotherhood, where the enormous literary, poetic and educational expressions of writers, academics and artists stood out for their positive values and harmony. The Global Federation of Leadership and High Intelligence, in accordance with its constitutive statutes, together with the Center for Women's Studies of the National Academy of History and Geography, sponsored by the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Barra Literaria Alí Chumacero, Mil Mentes por México, UNAccc Latam, the World Academy of Literature, History, Art and Culture, declared the Appointment of: Meritorious University dictated for the Felipe Carrillo Puerto University Center, within the framework of the 50 years of Foundation, important chapters of the Senate of the Global Federation of Leadership and High Intelligence were established, highlighting the Chapter Yucatán, Baja California, Campeche, Oaxaca, Tamaulipas, Costa Rica and Brazil.

And for the world to recognize from Mexico to India, the following Declaration is presented, as a result of the work and efforts of great writers, poets, musicians and artists, presented at this Mérida 2024 Conference. Called the "Declaration of Mérida, which will be taken to the world as a Decalogue for Peace by the Global Federation of Leadership and High Intelligence and the adhered organizations."
DECLARATION OF MÉRIDA CITY OF PEACE AND YOUTH, through the following
DECALOGUE FOR PEACE:
1. Promote intergenerational dialogue. Promote open communication and respect between different generations and their respective cultures. Active listening, translated into the implementation of a solution model, as the key to building peace.
2. Include Youth in decision-making. To stimulate academic scholarship programs for professionalization and continuing education, as well as new training proposals, for decision-making based on knowledge, in the strengthening of the active participation of young people in social, political, educational and cultural matters, promoting their voice, as active agents of change.
3. Universal Access to Education. Ensure that young people, adults and older adults have access to quality education, professionalization, education and continuous training, regardless of their origin, gender or economic situation.
4. Education for Peace. Incorporate values of peace, tolerance and conflict resolution into educational programmes, forming responsible and conscientious citizens.
5. Encourage empathy and respect. Educating in diversity and inclusion, teaching young people to value and respect the differences between people.
6. Promote critical thinking. Encourage young people to question, analyze and form informed opinions, to build a more just, ethical and sustainable world.
7. Develop life skills. To offer programs that teach emotional and social skills, preparing young people for the technological challenges of today's world, STEAM models that allow them to scale in a multigrade way.
8. Encourage Volunteering and Community Service. Promote the participation of young people in projects that benefit their communities, fostering their sense of belonging and values of social responsibility.
9. Create safe spaces. Establish educational environments that protect young people from violence and create spaces for them in art, literature, poetry, and science, ensuring their well-being and development in an environment of peace and unity.
10. Global collaboration, based on the World Youth Parliaments and different meetings and links, generating safe networks for the new generations, where alliances between governments, organizations, and young people at the global level are fostered to face common challenges together and build a peaceful and sustainable future.
This Declaration of Mérida, through the DECALOGUE, seeks to inspire concrete actions and commitments among our associates and communities in the construction of a world of peace, promoting the potential of youth, through effective communication and education.
