1.Arm-Pillow

 

A restless world rushes to a tired world

A globalised pillow is kept under its head

All dreamy wings are wounded

Teenaged rains are running out 

Before being matured.

Capitalist Eagles lay eggs 

In technologic womb;

Even if I keep myself lying 

By making all of my dreams 

An arm-pillow.

Ένας ανήσυχος κόσμος μεταμορφώνεται σε έναν κουρασμένο κόσμο.

Ενα μαξιλάρι της παγκοσμιοποίησης βρίσκεται κάτω από το κεφάλι του.

Όλα τα  φτερά - που ονειρεύεται να βγάλει αυτός ο κόσμος - είναι πληγωμένα. 

 Οι εφηβικές βροχές τελειώνουν Πριν καν  ξεκινήσουν .

Οι καπιταλιστές αετοί γεννούν αυγά από μια σιδερένια μήτρα.

Ακόμα κι αν συνεχίζω να λέω ψέματα, στον ευατό μου,ό,τι 

 Κάνω όλα μου τα όνειρα αληθινά 

Αγκαλιάζοντας το μαξιλάρι..

2.An Emotional Girl

The Third World is an emotional girl

And there's a global moon hanging over

Her head.

Taking overdose sedative, she is sleeping 

With a global pillow in her arm.

Unguarded cornfields are now captured

By some capitalist banyan trees,

The capitalism spreads its root like a net

And catches economic hilsa in shoals.

Hilsa-scent all over the capitalist world

But in return she gets only rotten fish.

Ενα Ευαίσθητο κορίτσι

 Ο Τρίτος Κόσμος είναι ένα συναισθηματικό κορίτσι, και υπάρχει ένα παγκόσμιο ολόγιομο φεγγάρι που κρέμεται πάνω από το κεφάλι της.

Λαμβάνοντας μια υπερβολικής δόση ηρεμιστικών , θα κοιμάται με ένα  μαξιλάρι αγκαλιά .

Μη φυλασσόμενα χωράφια καλαμποκιού είναι πλέον υπό κατάληψη, από μερικά αθάνατα καπιταλιστικά Μπανιαν δέντρα . 

Ο καπιταλισμός απλώνει τη ρίζα του σαν δίχτυ και ψαρεύει φθηνά ψάρια με τα παπούτσια του. 

Το  άρωμα  ενός φρέσκου ψαριού υπάρχει  σε ολόκληρο τον καπιταλιστικό κόσμο. 

 Αλλά ως αντάλλαγμα, ο τρίτος κόσμος, δέχεται ως δείγμα..μόνο τη μυρωδιά του σάπιου ψαριού.

Biography:

Shikdar Mohammed Kibriah, born on 1st July, 1968,in Sylhet, Bangladesh, Masters in philosophy, globally published, recognized, acclaimed, awarded, translated and featured international poet, essayist, story writer, critic, translator and philosopher. He is a bilingual poet and writer writing in Bangla and English. Shikdar is a global poetry promoter and literary figure. He is the founder and president of Poetry and Literature World Vision. His published books are so far 15. Six on poetry, six on prose and three on story. He has over 100 articles on philosophy and literature and 400 poems in Bengali and English. He is been featured Global poet and participated in world poetry conferences, International poetry festivals and literary conclaves.
